Child Safety Standards
Last updated: March 2026
Our Commitment
Paira is committed to creating a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to any such content or behaviour.
Age Requirement
Paira is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our services. All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration.
- Age verification is required at sign-up and is enforced through our date-of-birth check.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended and investigated.
- Users who misrepresent their age are permanently banned.
Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following is strictly prohibited on Paira and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Grooming or attempting to engage minors in sexual or inappropriate conversations.
- Any behaviour intended to exploit, harm, or endanger children in any way.
- Soliciting sexual content or interactions from anyone believed to be a minor.
Detection & Prevention
We employ a range of measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Content moderation: Both automated systems and human review are used to detect and remove violating content.
- User reporting: All users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly within the app. Reports involving potential CSAE are prioritised for immediate review.
- Profile verification: Our verification process helps confirm user identity and age.
- Proactive monitoring: We monitor for patterns of behaviour that may indicate grooming or exploitation.
Reporting & Response
When we identify or receive a report of potential CSAE:
- The offending content is removed immediately and the account is suspended.
- We report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by law.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE cases.
- Relevant evidence is preserved and provided to authorities as legally required.
How to Report
If you encounter any content or behaviour on Paira that you believe involves the exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:
- In the app: Use the report button on any profile or message to flag concerning content.
- Email: info@bakartek.com
- NCMEC CyberTipline: www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline
